Timetable
We reserve the right to alter and amend our timetable as needed. You will be informed of any changes to classes you have booked.
Class Bookings
All classes must be booked and paid for online in advance of the session.
Drop-in spaces may be available but will operate on a first-come first-served basis.
You may be added to the waitlist should the class be full. If a space becomes available, your space will be reserved and held for one hour. Within this hour you must both confirm your attendance and pay in advance for the session. Failure to do so will result in the space being given to the next person on the waiting list or will be available for general booking.
Class Attendance
You must arrive at the studio for your class in advance of the scheduled start time.
Late arrivals will not be permitted entry and will not be subject to a refund.
Your space may be given to someone else in the event that you are not permitted entry due to arriving late.
Prior payment is essential to attend class.
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage of personal belongings brought into the studio.
Class Packages
All class packages are valid for 12 weeks from the date of purchase.
Class packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be shared.
We retain the right to decide on a case-to-case basis whether a class pass is extended should your class pass expire with unused credits.
Should automatic payment not be successful, the member will be unable to attend any class bookings until successful payment has been made.
Discounts
New users are entitled to 1 drop-in class discounted at half price.
Failure to comply to this guideline, will result in a refund (not including charges’ fee) with request to pay the full drop-in amount.
Refund Policy
This policy applies to any classes, class passes, workshops and retreats purchased through this website.
We retain the right to review refunds on a case-to-case basis.
Admin fee may apply to all types of refunds.
No refunds or transfers will be issued in the event of lateness. You must arrive at the studio prior to scheduled starting time.
In the event that any changes are made to a class you have booked on, you will be notified of that change and will be given the option to transfer your booking or, if using a class pass credit, transfer your credit.
In the event in-person classes need to stop due to changes in government guidance in relation to Covid-19, where an online class cannot be offered in its place, class passes will be extended beyond its expiry to when studios can re-open.
If we cannot run a workshop due to COVID-19 we will give the option for a full refund or to postpone your booking and credit to a later date.
Classes: This applies to all classes purchased on a drop-in-basis and via class packages. Bookings are elligible to a 12 hour cancellation, which must be done via the customer portal. Contact Noémie directly via – noemie@noemieyoga.com to arrange a more suitable date for the pass to be transferred to. No transfers will be issued within a smaller timeframe. No refunds will be issued for any class bookings.
Class Package: No refunds or transfers will be issued for any class pass purchased. We retain the right to review extending class passes, this will be done on a case-to-case basis. In the event that a class pass is refunded the credit will be returned to you.
Workshops: Workshops bookable directly via www.noemieyoga.com are entitled to a full refund up to 4 weeks before the scheduled starting date. Cancellations with a shorter notice will be refunded if your place can be filled from a waiting list. We retain the right to review refunding workshops on a case-to-case basis. In the event that your workshop is refunded, admin fees may apply.
Workshops bookable via other parties (such as EventBrite) are subject of the platform’s refund policy. Please refer to it before purchasing and booking the workshops.
Covid-19
Preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 have been put in place in each studio where our classes are offered; however, NoemieYoga cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Attending in-person classes could increase your risk of contracting Covid-19.
By joining an in-person class, workshop or retreat, you acknowledge that attending one of our in-person classes may expose you to COVID-19 and that you may be infected as a result.
By joining an in-person class, workshop or retreat you understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19, may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to, NoemieYoga representatives.
Hands-on adjustments will be offered on a one-to-one basis. Teacher will ask for consent before offering hands-on adjustments.
Do not enter the studio if experiencing any Covid-19 related symptoms.
You must refer to specific studios for relevant studio guidelines in relation to Covid-19 before arriving for your scheduled in-person class.
