Heart of Summer
– A Somatic Journey into the Heart –
Inspired by the Yogic perspective of the heart centre as the bridge between inner and outer world, this practice weaves together nervous-system-regulating techniques, somatic Yoga dance, meditation, partner connection practices and a carefully curated soundscape. These practices invite you to soften into the embodied sanctuary of the heart as a source of vitality, abundance and expansion; while exploring how regulation and community can coexist and how authentic connection can support a sense of depth in life.

Heart of Summer is a 3-hour immersive event exploring nervous system regulation, somatic heart awakening and community.
Summer is the season of expansion and fullness. Longer, warmer days often bring increased social connection, outward energy and heightened stimulation.
Drawing from somatic practice, Yoga, therapeutic movement and Eastern philosophy, this workshop explores reconnecting to the body’s subtle rhythms and the heart’s natural intelligence. Together, we’ll explore the heart as an emotional centre, a space of inner coherence, relational awareness and authentic connection.
Through a carefully woven journey of:
- Somatic practices for regulation and embodied awareness
- Meditation for heart awakening
- Guided Yoga dance for inner expression
- A curated soundscape to support the journey
- Partner connection practices through meditation and movement
- Space for rest and integration
…we’ll create conditions for greater safety within the nervous system so that the heart can emerge more naturally, allowing you to soften into the rhythm of the season feeling more grounded, connected and resourced for all that summer brings.
No previous experience needed, only a willingness to explore.
