Journey through this mindfulness-based practice weaving philosophy into movement – creating a dance between your body, mind and soul. At the core of this offering is the belief that Yoga is a pathway to self-inquiry.
Inspired by a Somatics approach, this creative space is intended to facilitate you letting go of your thinking mind and becoming more in-tune with your feeling body. Feeling our way through movement will be the main premise of this practice, inviting you to move in a way which feels natural to you. Fine-tuning your sensory awareness will enable you to stay more fully present to your lived experience and grasp what feels safe and nourishing to you in the moment.
We will be moving together at a steady pace, creating the space to explore and gradually expand your edges consciously and with heart.
