About Noémie

I’m a Stroud-based Yoga teacher, Thai massage bodyworker and somatic practitioner (in training).

My work is deeply holistic, weaving together ancient Eastern philosophies and techniques with a modern, body-centred approach to healing. I aim to create welcoming and inclusive spaces intended to guide you into a greater state of presence and a sense of wholeness within yourself.

Through movement, breath, meditation and therapeutic touch, I invite dialogue with the nervous system in a trauma-informed way. I’m passionate about how body-based healing brings depth to our everyday experience allowing us to feel more empowered, more resilient and more open to the fluidity of being human.

For me, Yoga is about more than the physical layer or postures. It’s a practice of coming home to yourself—using movement as a pathway to listen inward, process different states of being, and integrate them in a way that feels authentic to you.

My classes weave together philosophy, mindfulness, movement with somatic cueing, inviting you to explore feeling over form and to nurture a deeper dialogue with your inner world.

I offer a welcoming, playful, and all levels-friendly space, with plenty of options to grow and deepen your practice whilst acknowledging your own edges.

Thai Massage

I hold a trauma-informed space where you are guided through movement, breath and meditation practices designed for you to meet both comfort and challenge with curiosity. Together, we cultivate a deeper sensorial awareness of your body—supporting you to recognize your state of being and discover how to resource it. This practice builds the foundations of nervous system resilience and offers a profound pathway toward greater regulation and ease.

I love Noémie’s classes. Noémie’s Dynamic Flow is a perfectly balanced yoga practice that touches on many different elements that I have loved from a variety of classes over the years. An unpretentious and welcoming atmosphere to practice together in a way that is energetic and calm in all the right moments with a few good OM’s.

I attend Noémie’s Wednesday morning class and it’s the perfect way to start the day. Her class is a great balance of mindfulness, breathwork and movement. Noémie brings something new to every class and I’m always impressed at her knowledge and how she tailors the class to her students’ needs on the spot! Would highly recommend.

Noémie’s early-morning class is one of the highlights of my week. I always come away feeling much more in my body; fully stretched and strengthened. She sandwiches the more dynamic part of the class between time for meditation and breathwork at the beginning and a decent resting period at the end, restoring balance and harmony between body and mind.

I love my early Tuesday class with Noémie! She manages to create a beautiful balance between pausing to notice what is happening within your body, with additional fun and interesting sequences. Noémie’s classes always feel inclusive and she is fabulous at offering adaptations and hands on adjustments (based on consent) which I find incredibly helpful. Her soul shines out – she’s a truly delightful person.

Noémie’s classes are simply beautiful. The classes are rooted in traditional yoga with a twist that is her own. The flows are challenging matched with compassion to make you tune in encouraging you to land fully in the practice with yourself. Noémie is incredibly respectful with adjustment; the first class I attended she ascertained if touch was welcomed. A huge relief that made me comfortable and encouraged me to keep returning. She evidently loves what she does and this beams from her very being in the wisdom she shares.
