About Noémie
I’m a Stroud-based Yoga teacher, Thai massage bodyworker and somatic practitioner (in training).
My work is deeply holistic, weaving together ancient Eastern philosophies and techniques with a modern, body-centred approach to healing. I aim to create welcoming and inclusive spaces intended to guide you into a greater state of presence and a sense of wholeness within yourself.
Through movement, breath, meditation and therapeutic touch, I invite dialogue with the nervous system in a trauma-informed way. I’m passionate about how body-based healing brings depth to our everyday experience allowing us to feel more empowered, more resilient and more open to the fluidity of being human.

For me, Yoga is about more than the physical layer or postures. It’s a practice of coming home to yourself—using movement as a pathway to listen inward, process different states of being, and integrate them in a way that feels authentic to you.
My classes weave together philosophy, mindfulness, movement with somatic cueing, inviting you to explore feeling over form and to nurture a deeper dialogue with your inner world.
I offer a welcoming, playful, and all levels-friendly space, with plenty of options to grow and deepen your practice whilst acknowledging your own edges.

Somatic Practice
Somatic practice is an approach that places the body at the centre of the healing process.
I hold a trauma-informed space where you are guided through movement, breath and meditation practices designed for you to meet both comfort and challenge with curiosity. Together, we cultivate a deeper sensorial awareness of your body—supporting you to recognize your state of being and discover how to resource it. This practice builds the foundations of nervous system resilience and offers a profound pathway toward greater regulation and ease.
