This is a dynamic, fast-paced and rounded class focused on conditioning strength in the body. You will be invited to harness the energy of your breath, helping you increase your endurance and deepen your movement practice.

The sequences explore postures that work the entire body supported by an emphasis on alignment to encourage moving from a place of awareness, focus and fluidity. 

Come as you are – all levels welcome.
